Ian James Thorpe is a former Australian Olympian who is regarded as one of the greatest freestyle swimmers of all time. He retired last year and has been laying low ...until now. In the last few weeks, he's been seen out on the LA party scene with Lance and the boys. That's an awfully tight t-shirt there, Ian. Better to show off the askew belt, huh?
